Firstly we will be able to search the criteria that you have established and hopefully find a range of properties that will be worth viewing. In the ideal world if any intending purchaser is seriously looking for a house, they should allot at least a week, during which time we can arrange a suitable number of appointments, and it will also give you plenty of time to travel around the respective areas to make sure that these are the locations that are going to feel comfortable with.

Secondly should you not require the services of a relocation Agent, we can also provide what I firmly believe is a vital aspect when buying a house in France. It is a service that I utilised myself and frankly without this sort of assistance, there were one or two occasions when I actually felt like giving up on the process. It is not that the French legal system is particularly complex, indeed, the contract which exists between buyer and seller is a great deal more straight forward than the one that you will find in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, however, a lack of understanding of local customs, the language barrier, and a combination of a bit of bad luck, made my particular house buying experience somewhat tortuous. It may be therefore that the secondary service may prove to be the more useful for a lot of people who either don’t speak the language, or don’t have the time or inclination to spend hours and hours chasing banks, surveyors, estate agents etc.
